2 bunches garlic scapes
1/2 cup pine nuts, walnuts, or pecans, toasted
1/3 cup olive oil
Parmesan or Romano Cheese to taste (optional)
Process everything in a food processor until finely chopped. Enjoy fresh or freeze for later.
