While this is delicious on salad, this super easy dressing is also great on chopped, raw pac choi or napa cabbage, too. Adapted from a recipe on Iowa Girl Eats.
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp tamari or soy sauce or ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
- Warm a small skillet over low heat. Add the sesame seeds and toast for several minutes, tossing or stirring frequently, until lightly browned and fragrant.
- Combine all ingredients (including toasted sesame seeds) in a container with a tight fitting lid (such as a pint Mason jar), seal tightly and shake well.
